You can cut the dead flowers off as soon as they wither. The flower stem and the rosette it originated from will gradually shrivel and die. This will be replaced by one or more new shoots growing from beside the rosette, which will grow and then produce the next flower. You can divide the clump to get several single rosettes if you wish.
