How can I propagate my Peruvian lily plant?
The Peruvian lily (Alstroemeria) is usually propagated by dividing and replanting the clump. For the best results, this should be done in late-winter or early-spring. Carefully dig up the plant and wash off any soil before teasing apart the thick, white underground stems. Replant and water them well to firm the soil around the stems, to avoid any bruising.
