Goji berry (Lycium barbarum) is a large, spreading plant that usually takes 2-3 years before starting to flower and fruit properly - longer if the plants are well-fed in a nutrient-rich, fertile soil. They do not need pollinators, as they are self-fertile. You could encourage it to flower by feeding with Sulphate of Potash at about 100 grams per square metre (4 ounces per square yard) in spring.
