What are the green caterpillars feeding on my magnolia?

Our Advice:

This sounds like angle shades moth and they will strip the plants if left to carry on feeding. Try spraying with an organic product such as PY Insect Killer from Vitax several times or a single application of Sprayday Bayer Greenfly Killer'>Greenfly Killer from Bayer.
