This is usually caused by grey mould fungus, entering the flower as it starts to die and spreading into the developing fruits. Snap off the flowers when they start to close after pollination to stop the fungus entering the flower. Removing any decaying fruits and spraying the soil/compost with Copper mixture from Vitax will help.
