How can I stop worm casts ruining my lawn?

Our Advice:

Cast-forming worms usually prefer alkaline soil (pH above 6.5-7.0), so making the soil more acidic helps discourage them. Treat with CastClear Plus (available from garden centres) to drive the worms away, rather than killing them.
