What is causing yellow spots on my Fuchsias leaves?

Our Advice:

This is a fungal disease called Fuchsia rust, which will totally defoliate the plant if left untreated. Gather up and dispose of any fallen leaves and any badly affected leaves. Spray the plants and compost with Rosegarde from Vitax or Fungus Fighter Plus from SBM/Bayer. Several sprays may be needed to fully control this problem.
