Home > Question >

How can I control the box blight spreading through my hedge?

Our Advice:

There are two types of fungi which cause this disease and the best approach is to start by removing and burning badly infected plants and plant debris. Spray the remaining plants with Fungus Fighter Plus from Bayer. You could consider replanting with Ilex crenata (the box-leaved or Japanese holly) as an alternative.
