This is not a disease, but a disorder called blossom-end rot, which can be caused by calcium deficiency, irregular watering, or both. Treat the plants with calcium nitrate from Chempak at 50g in 5 litres of water, watered into the compost. This will not cure the affected fruits, but will help to protect new fruits being damaged.
